Warner Fighters: Revolutionary War is a crossover fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Games. It was released on December 30, 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and contains characters from various Warner Bros. franchises. NetherRealm Studio's mobile team developed a version for iOS and Android devices. This game was developed in response and released to challenge the success of Disney vs. Capcom: Infinity Requiem, which is developed by their rival, Disney.
The console versions of Warner Fighters received mostly positive reviews from critics upon release. Most praise was directed at the game's fluent controls, overall gameplay, use of real-life graphics, efficient story, and excellent portrayal of the ensemble of Warner Bros. characters. However, the PC and mobile versions of the game were met with mixed reception, with reviewers blaming numerous technical issues (including frequent crashes and slow netcode) for severely hindering the experience. Some critics also particularly disliked the tutorials, microtransactions and downloadable content. Selling more than 7 million copies, the game was the fourth best-selling game in 2018 and the second best-selling fighting game of the decade, behind Disney vs. Capcom: Infinity Requiem.
