Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto (月読尊), also shortly known as Tsukuyomi (月読), is the patron deity of the far eastern kingdom of Rad from Eostia with an appearance of a mechanical colossus. He first appears as a Banpresto Original "Super Robot" from Chou Super Robot Wars. He would later appear in Project X Zone 3: War of Infinite Worlds – Ultimate Edition as a playable DLC Solo Unit.
Appearance[]
As Shin'ou Tsukuyomi, his metallic body is entirely black with the exception of his white fingers and feet and several golden accents and spines on the corners. He is also decorated with blue massive gems all over his body. He now also has a human-looking face with a mouth and nose, golden horns at each side and a larger black horn extruded at the center. At the back of his head is an obsidian ring with golden spikes and a spire with a crescent moon at the top.
Personality[]
While in his initial sealed form, he is immobile and cannot express any sort of emotions like an inanimate machine, entirely dependent on the pilot's control. But after being awakened as Shin'ou Tsukuyomi, he now has a consciousness of his own, being able to think, act and speak on his own.
Tsukuyomi is a powerful individual with an absolute view on justice, respecting the existences of living beings for reasons, while also being punishing towards evil-doers. He also holds a high honorable ground, when after the deity was fully awakened, Katsuma told him that he would turn down his role as Tsukuyomi's vessel, but he allowed to him choose whether to continue fighting alongside him and he would respect either decision.

In his initial appearance, Tsukuyomi is still technically sealed and not fully awakened and therefore, depended on the control of a strong "pilot" who has the powers of the moon, in this case being Katsuma.

Shin'ou Tsukuyomi (神皇月読 Shin'ō Tsukiyomi, God-King Tsukuyomi) is the true and evolved form of Tsukuyomi which is awakened and first used during a difficult and final battle against Shamuhaza. With the combined powers of Tsukuyomi and his controllers Kaguya and Katsuma, the malevolent agent of the dead was finally finished off once and for all.
His battle theme is "Rays of the Black Sun".
