Trenc Sweepers is a turn-based tactical strategy developed and published by IndoGames on 2015, the game is released on Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and Linux through Steam and GOG.com.
The game is set in an alternate history where the World War 1 ends in a stalemate, and a second World War happens in the 50's instead, with a radical technological changes from the real world. Such the absence of atomic technology, a discovery of highly efficient type of diesel fuel, and a more advanced vacuum-tube based computing.
In the game, the player controls a small squad of 4-10 soldiers part of the elite "trench sweeping" unit, deployed behind enemy line to act as recon, saboteur, and cleanup teams on recently captured trenches. The player can choose to play either as the Triple Entete or as the Central Powers in a story-driven campaign, or as both in multiplayer match.
