- Collecting all Time Stones allows access to Miracle Sonic, unlike the 2011 PC release, Miracle Sonic implemented in this fan port of Sonic CD from the ground up, so you don't have to mod the game.
- It's now possible to get a Time Bonus more than 10,000 points, with the two higher time bonuses being 20,000 and 50,000.
- It now has drowning music, with the Japanese Drowning theme being based on the one from Sonic Robo Blast 2.
