Ruu-Ruu (ルー・ルー Rū-Rū) is the ax-wielding protector of the kingdom of Geofu. She is a recurring character from the Cross Crisis Series, appearing in Anime Complex: Cross Arena 2020, Chou Super Robot Wars and Project X Zone 3: War of Infinite Worlds – Ultimate Edition. Ruu-Ruu is a petite woman with magenta eyes and medium-length orange hairs with short bangs and four thick ringlets. She wears a green hat with two feather balls strung to it by red strings, a dark-green cloak, a lime green cape, a metal plate that covers her crotch, white thigh-high stockings and brown boots.
Personality[]
Fitting with her almost child-like appearance, she has the most childish personality among the seven Princess-Knights of the Order of Chivalry. Ruu-Ruu is a carefree, yet short-tempered woman who has interest in the art of war and likes to battle. Nevertheless, she has a strong sense of justice and fights for what she and her friends believe is right. She also displays a strong hatred against monsters, especially a cyclops named Tororo. She can come off at times as a rude and pompous brat, like when she just ate half of a bowl of pudding without knowing it was made by Alicia for Sora and being called as a "douche" by Ryusei as a result. However, Ruu-Ruu is willing to admit her mistakes and apologize to people whenever she would do something stupid. As such, she is very friendly and even a bit clingy to people she likes, to the point where even though she hates monsters, she is friends with a giant rock golem named Gomlor.
Background[]
Ruu-Ruu is born from the species of halflings, small, child-like, solely female race of half-humans that can mate with any other species. Despite her short appearance, she is not actually very young. As a halfling, she has superhuman strength, is very talented in the field of combat and competent in weaponry, though she prefers her signature weapon, an ax.
Celestine Lucullus, the high elf goddess of Eostia, sees potential in the young protege and assigns Ruu-Ruu as leader of the halflings and a member of the Seven Shields Alliance of the Order of Chivalry, giving her the position of defender of Geofu and protector of the "fifth fortress".
