ProtoGame Player Delta overheating issues[]
when the Player Delta was first sold, within the first week, ProtoGame recieved over 50,000 complaints of overheating, that lead to accelerated battery drain, some lag/framerate drops, and discomfort from heat, though the overheating hurts the handheld more than the user (which doesn't receive any serious injuries.), ProtoGame was quick to address these issues, the overheating was revealed to be from a massive programming bug that was in the BIOS, ProtoGame also spent around 20-50 million dollars to offered free repair for any damaged handheld, and install the new BIOS that had the bug causing the overheat fixed, as well was produce any future models without the bug.
ProtoGame received praise for their reaction of the issue and how they address the overheating complaints.
