Persona 3.5 Blue is a spin-off game of both Persona 3 and Persona 4 Arena produced by P-Studio 2nd Creative Production and published by ATLUS/SEGA.
Information[]
This games takes place right after the events of the fighting game series Persona 4 Arena, and it's sequel Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.
The game will mainly focus on the "Shadow Operatives", an organization introduced in Persona 4 Arena. It will also feature the characters from the original PS2 game, Persona 3. Which as released as a mainline title in 2006, with Persona 3 FES released as an enhanced version of the game in 2007 and the portable version of the game known as Persona 3 Portable for the PSP in 2008.
Characters from the games will appear in this game, as well as characters introduced in Persona 4 Arena and Ultimax, as well as new characters and a new original protagonist.
Gameplay[]
The world will take place in the an advanced version of the setting from Persona 3, the graphics will be similar to the Persona 5 games due to the game being made with the same engine. Aspects from the previous game will return, such as interacting with others characters in order to build relationships with the protagonist in order to develop their Social Link. How you spend time with the character you choose depends on the clock and how much time is spend on your activity.
The dungeons would also be the same as Persona 3, but now you have the option to choose which action your party members will perform during a battle. However there will be party members who are referred to as "allies", and their actions will be automated.
The protagonist will of course have choices for lines when interactions between characters. Expect now the protagonist of this game is fully voiced and will talk with other characters when interacting. Another gimmick is when the player names the protagonist withh a random name, the characters will refer him with "Him", "Rookie", "Senpai" and etc. But if the character's real name is left on, he will be called by that name by the character.
Story[]
The Shadow Operatives are an unofficial section of the police backed by the Kirijo Group, the group is filled with Persona users with the task to hunt and eliminate Shadows and deal with Persona related activity. Several cases that involves Shadows have began to increase in Tatsumi Port Island. And the organization is tasked with resolving these incidents.
The story involves a young man named Yuji Kisaragi (キサラギ 雄二, Kisaragi Yūji?), who is currently a new member of the Shadow Operatives. After obtaining the power of a Persona, Yuji moves into the Shadow Operatives in order to help them with keeping the shadows at bay in order to repay them after a past incident.

Playable Characters[]
- Yuji Kisaragi
The main protaginst in Persona 3.5 Blue. After losing a family before the beggining events of the game, Yuji moves into the Shadow Operatives as he awakens his Persona. He is a college student who yearns for people he cares for and interacts with due to his past. He wields two dual pistols with blades. He has the Fool Arcana, and is the Wild Card. His Persona is Arthur, who later awakens to Charlemagne.
- Mitsuru Kirijo
The Creator & Leader of the Shadow Operatives, and the current heir of the Kirijo Group. She once saved Yuji from a Shadow while investigating and invited him into the Shadow Operatives after he awakens his Persona. Her Persona is Artemisia.
- Akihiko Sanada
A founding member of the Shadow Operatives. He is a talented boxer who trains to be strong enough to protect his friends and in the future, become a police officer and be part of the Ayanagi Investigation Squad. His Persona is Caeser.
- Aigis
A founding member of the Shadow Operatives. She is an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon of the 7th generation(seemingly thought to be the last one in existence). Despite being a robot, she show emotion and is like the others. Her Persona is Athena.
- Labrys
A recent member of the Shadow Operatives. She is a 5th Generation Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon introduced in Persona 4 Arena. She was onced saved and repayed the favor by helping the Shadow Operatives. She shows a strong bond with her friends, especially Yuji. Her Persona is Ariadne.
- Fuuka Yamagishi
A reserve member of the Shadow Operatives. She is one of the collaborators for Mitsuru to requests assistance for cases involving Shadows. Her powers have support capabilities to help out her teammates. Her Persona is Juno.
- Yukari Takeda
A reserve member of the Shadow Operatives. She is currently a college student working as a model, but is also an actress who plays Pink Argus in Phoenix Ranger Featherman Victory due to her skill with a bow in archery. Her Persona is Isis.
- Junpei Iori
A reserve member of the Shadow Operatives. He is the coach of the little league baseball team who encourages his team. His Persona is Trismegistus.
- Ken Amada
A reserve member of the Shadow Operatives. He is an honor student and is part of the student council in Gekkoukan Middle School, and the star of the soccer team he plays in. Ken alongside Koromaru left the Shadow Operatives to spend more time living out the childhood and normalcy he missed out on when he joined the SEES. But assists them once more after the rise of incidents of Shadows began. His Persona is Kala-Nemi.
- Koromaru
A reserve member of the Shadow Operatives. He is a small white and gray Shiba Inu. He is currently living with Ken Amada in his appartment. He and Ken left the Shadow Operatives, But assists them once more after the rise of incidents of Shadows began. His Persona is Cerberus.
- Sho Minazuki
A mysterious young man with a cross-shaped scar across his face. He has a connection to the Kirijo Group and other various Persona users, and develops a rivalry with Yuji. He starts out as an enemy, but as the events of the game goes on, becomes an ally, becoming an ally character and eventually a playable character. His Persona is Tsukuyomi.
- Kopis
An Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon introduced in Persona 4 Arena known as Unit #024. She is an older model who has a lesser sized Plume of Dusk, and associated with Labrys. Thought to be destroyed, she is unknownly rebuilt to eliminate the group. You can choose to save her or destroy her. After choosing to save her, she becomes an ally and eventuall playable character. She wields a greatsword. Her Persona is Brynhildr.

- Kikuno Saikawa
A maid who works for the Shadow Operatives. Though she has no Persona, she is highly dedicated to the group and will be of assistant to them in anyway she can.
- Kurosawa
Formerly a police officer, now he works as a detective. He assists the group with whatever situation they are in to Tatsumi Port Island and everyone. Kurosawa also serves as a weapons and armor merchant for Shadow Operatives.
- Gorou
A NPC that first appeared in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. He is a baseball player on the team Junpei is coaching.
- Chihiro Fushimi
A character introduced in Persona 3. She is a student in Gekkoukan High School. She has taken up the role of the student council president.
- Touka Usagi
A new original character introduced in the game. A young mischievious college photographer who grabs the scopes on whatever thing she's interested in. Even as to go far to write stories based off those news and gossip she hears about.
- Teruya Kirikagure
A new original character introduced in the game. A historian and novel enthusiast in a university. Wishes to write a story about the history behind the myths and legends all over the world.
- Chidori Yoshino
A character from Persona 3. Her status is revealed to be alive when she is thought to be deceased in the previous game. She's also the one who crafted the necklace for Junpei.
- Kenji Izayoi
A mysterious man who appears as an adversary to the Shadow Operatives, and the Kirijo Group as a whole. He also seems to have a connection to the protagonist in the past. His Persona is Dantes.
- Saville
A Velvet Room attenddee, and is the sister of Elizabeth and Theodore, alongside with Walton. She is summoned to assist her guest; the protagonist, with his journey.
- Walton
A Velvet Room attenddee, and is the brother of Elizabeth and Theodore, alongside with Saville. He is summoned to assist her guest; the protagonist, with his journey.
- Toguraki Satoru
The current head of the EDA (Extermination Division Agency), run by the public safety. He is determine to eliminate any threats to the world no matter who it is. His Persona is Edward.
