Story:
In the city of Rockport, members of the Rockport Police Department (RPD) work to put an end to the city's illegal street racing scene. A task force of traffic officers led by Sergeant Jonathan Cross (driving a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette Z06) works to bring down the street racers involved, including a group known as the "Blacklist": twenty street racers who have gained notoriety for their racing and their evasion of the police. The player, a street racer who arrives at Rockport to challenge the Blacklist with a custom painted blue and silver 2022 BMW M5 CS (F90), receives help from fellow street racer Mia Townsend (driving an 2012 Mazda RX-8 Spirit R) in setting up a race with Razor (driving an 2015 Ford Mustang GT), the Blacklist's lowest-ranked driver. The player attracts the attention of Razor by winning race after race in their M5 CS, including two races against Razor's henchmen, Ronald "Ronnie" McCrea and Toru "Bull" Sato. Competing with him in a "pink slip" race a few days later, Mia discovers the player's BMW has left a huge oil slick at the start line when the race began, and calls the player to warn them to end the race fast. However, the M5 breaks down due to engine failure and the player loses the race, forcing them to forfeit their car to Razor. Cross soon arrives with the RPD and arrests the player for street racing after Razor and the other street racers escape, but is forced to release them due to a lack of evidence as the player no longer had a car to drive.
Once free, Mia marry picks up the player from the police station and reveals to the player that Razor had sabotaged their car in order to seize it and use it to climb up in ranks within the Blacklist, and advises them to do the same in order to get revenge. Providing them with a safehouse and securing a new car, the player begins working to compete against the Blacklist in a series of street races and challenges involving police pursuits. In time, the player rises up in the ranks, gaining enough reputation to soon attract Razor's attention once they become the #2 racer on the Blacklist, but before facing him, the player speaks with “Pangui” (driving a 2014 Porsche 917 Living Legend), that claims that used to be “The King of Rockport”. He says Brian that he controls a big part of the city in secret, and he´s willing to pull some strings if the things get complex to him due to the effort that Brian has done to get his reputation back and the hate that Pangui feels to Razor. Finally, he tells the player to watch out, cause the things around Brian seems to be getting very strange and he thinks that the protagonist could be in danger. Time after this, Brian and Razor compete again in another pink slip race, with the player eventually defeating Razor and recovering their prized BMW M5 CS.
Shortly after their victory, Razor refuses to hand over the keys to the M5, which Mia snatches from him, telling him "it's over Razor". Razor retorts by saying "it ain't over until I say it's over" and attempts to assault Mia to retrieve the keys. Mia subdues him and reveals herself to be an undercover police officer for the RPD, who had been working to bring down the Blacklist from the inside for Cross. While Razor and the other drivers are all arrested – except for Pangui, who is saved by a mysterious guy in a white and blue 2018 Lamborghini Urus that seems to be connected with him in some way and calls him “giant idiot”, and says Brian “Sayonara, hope to see you soon!” –, Mia refuses to let the player be captured and tosses them the keys, advising them to run. She lies to Cross who questions the player’s whereabouts, saying that he got away. This infuriates Cross, who demands the entire RPD go after the player, who is now the most wanted street racer in the nation. As the RPD begins a citywide manhunt for the player, Mia contacts them and informs them with an escape route out of the city by jumping a derelict bridge on the city limits. She tells him that they can no longer go back to any of the safe houses as Cross knows about them, and that their car is fast enough to make the jump. The player successfully evades the cops by jumping the bridge and escaping Rockport. In a post-credits scene, Cross creates a national-level warrant for the player and his BMW M5 CS, adding him to the National Most Wanted List. This event leads to the sequel, Need for Speed: New Carbon.
Gameplay:
Need for Speed: New Most Wanted has taken elements from other games like Need for Speed: Carbon, Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012) and other games to offer the best gaming experience possible. To advance on the Career Mode, the player will need to win races, complete milestones and accumulate bounty to face the game bosses: the members of Rockport City’s Blacklsit.
Many aspects that had the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted have been renovated. The handling of the vehicles is a lot more realistic, but also comfortable. The game now will have realistic damage, so if player’s car crushes the performance of the vehicle’s performance will decrease, and even can be destroyed (you can repair your car passing through gas stations). There also will be more realism in the weather (when is raining, the cars will drift more, there will be wind, etc.) The game also adds the Racing Experience Level, another way to unlock cars that are more powerful, iconic or expensive that the other ones. After winning a Blacklist member, some of the vehicles that the player unlocks by beating him won’t be able to purchase if the player hasn’t reached a determinate Experience Level. To raise the Experience Level, the player needs to win races, make some big racing scores, raise his bounty and cause problems to the cops. The max Experience Level that player can reach is the Level 70. Unlike with the Reputation from previous games, you can’t lose EXP Points, but the EXP Points are much harder to earn.
Customization in the game have been completely renovated. The player will be able to customize his ride and his character (this last only to Multiplayer and Online mode).
The performance of the cars is determinate by four aspects: Top Speed (the maximum speed that the vehicle can reach), Acceleration (how much fast the car reaches his top speed), Handling (the aptitude of the vehicle to take curves) and Weight (determines the durability of the vehicle and its capacity to smash other vehicles). To upgrade the performance of his car, the player can buy kits of engine, transmission, suspension, tires, brakes, nitrous and turbo/supercharger (these upgrades won’t affect the Weight) and materials (that will affect the Weight). The weight upgrades are a bit comfortable, but very, very realistic, so you can’t do a heavy-as-a-monster-truck car and hope to be fast. In this game, there are a new kind of performance upgrades: The Unique Kits. The same are a group of performance upgrade in which are included the Junkman Kits, that can be tuned like the other kind of kits, and other kits that can’t be tuned and upgrades certain characteristics of the ride most than others, just like kits that raises too much the acceleration, tires made specially for upgrading the drift attributes, ultra-light materials, etcetera.
In this game have been added the Progressive Magnification and the Progressive Downgrade, to equilibrate the performance of the vehicles of the game. This consists in a reduction of the performance upgrades available and its effect while faster is the car and vice versa. An example: A 1965 Ford Mustang will have more upgrades available than a 2017 Nissan GT-R Premium, but a 2016 Bugatti Chiron will have less upgrades available that the mentioned Nissan. At the same time, the increase of the performance of the Mustang produced by the upgrades will be higher than the one of the Nissan, and the Bugatti’s one will be lower than the Nissan’s one. Need for Speed: New Most Wanted adds the Performance Tuning which with the player can improve the performance of his vehicle to a specific race type and that is only just advanced as the one from Need for Speed: Pro Street. The player also can equip his ride with the Auxiliary Additives. Some of these upgrades are:
- Dragster Package: Increases the acceleration but reduces the top speed.
- Speedlight Package: Increases the top speed but reduces the acceleration.
- Extra Nitrous Boost: Adds power to the nitrous without affecting its duration.
- Extra Nitrous Duration: Adds duration to the nitrous without affecting its power.
- Special Nitrous Upgrade: Adds slight extra power and duration to the nitrous.
- Weight Reduction Kits: Increases the Top Speed and the Acceleration but reduces the Weight.
- Weight Increment Kits: Increases the Weight to cost o Top Speed and Acceleration.
- Nitrous Refill: The player can refill its NO2 tank limited times.
- Reparation Kit: The player can fix his car automatically when he drives limited times. This won’t work if the vehicle Is already totaled or in drag races.
- Bonus Drift Package: Slightly upgrades the drifting but decreases the grip.
- Bonus Grip Package: Slightly upgrades the grip but decreases the drifting.
- Bonus Off-Road Package: Slightly upgrades the off-road handling but decreases the on-road handling.
- Bonus On-Road Package: Slightly upgrades the on-road handling but decreases the off-road handling.
- Re-Inflatable Tires: If the player passes over a spike band on a pursuit, their tires will inflate again after some time.
- Waterproof Tires: The vehicle will handle better while raining.
- Radar: This upgrade points the direction where the police units come from (Level 1) and shows to the player the location of undercover police units (that usually won’t appear in the map until they are involved in a pursuit [Level 2])(this upgrade is, obviously, very, very, I mean, very cheap).
The player needs to consider that he only can equip three of these upgrades at the same time. Also, while higher is the weight of a car, smaller are the top speed and acceleration.
The player can also customize his ride with visual upgrades. This customization has been fully renovated. Now the player can put Front Bumpers, Rear Bumpers, Side Skirts and other bodywork pieces by separated (like in actual NFS games) or combined on the Body Kits (like in the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted). There are a lot more of pieces available to customize. The bodywork pieces will add some Weight to the vehicle, but without affecting his racing performance. Some of the bodywork parts actually exist in real life, but some of them are created by EA. Body part allow you to customize your car from a simple style to an extremely ricer one. The player also can paint his vehicle and decorate him just like he wants. The vinyl customization is just like the actual one, but the Body Vinyls are back.
These are the visual pieces (and other customizations) that the player can put now to his ride:
- Front Bumpers
- Splitters
- Front Canards
- Front Fenders
- Rear Bumper
- Diffusers
- Rear Canards
- Rear Fenders
- Side Skirts
- Spoilers
- Rims
- Tires

- Calipers
- Brake Discs
- Exhaust Tips
- License Plates
- Mirrors
- Chop Top (Roof Scoops, and Coupe/Convertible option)
- Paint and Decals
- Nitrous Color
- Smoke Color
- Neon Lights
- Air Suspension
- Exhaust Sound
- Interior
Single Player Mode:
In Single Player Mode, the player will be able to play in career mode, the main story of the game. In the Quick Race mode, the player can drive alone or with friends, in a random-designed race or in a custom race. The Challenge Series, a Game Mode that appeared by last time in the Need for Speed franchise in the 2011 Need for Speed: The Run, will be back in this game, ready to offer us an extension of the game and some special unlocks (new vehicles, vinyls and pieces). In career mode, the player won’t be able to customize his character’s face or gender. This is made to keep the story with logic (I mean, do you imagine thousands of Brians, all with different faces?).
Multiplayer/Online Mode:
Online or not, Multiplayer mode will offer us many new faces. In Multiplayer Mode, players can race between them in Quick Race Mode or in Online Events. For playing in Online Mode, the player must have an account. Once he has it, he can play in the servers of the game or in private servers. The player will appear, in any of these cases, in Free Roaming Mode. Players can send invitations to a race to another players. The host of these kind of events can select the rules. The moderators and administrators of EA can send invitation to series of events, like the Race Days from Need for Speed: Pro Street. They have a higher control of the rules of these events that normal players, and they can send these invitations to a really higher amount of people. The player can fully customize his car and even his character, according of what he has unlocked in Career Mode. Players can also get involved in pursuits, alone or with other people. A top of 4 people can be in the same pursuit. Finally, there’s also a Cooperative Career Mode, where the player can finish the story with the help of his friends (max of 3 players in the same game).
Game Modes:
In this game there are many game modes that the players can play. These game modes are divided in 2 classes: Racing Events and Milestones.
Racing Events:
In Need for Speed: New Most Wanted there are 13 types of racing events. Some of these game modes are extracted or inspired from the game Need for Speed: Carbon to expand the possibilities of the game.
* New Game Modes.
~ New Game Modes exclusive to Online Mode
- Circuit: The pilots will drive in a circuit track. The objective is to be the first driver to pass the goal in the last lap. In Circuit races can take part from 4 to 10 drivers, and can have 2 to 4 laps.
o Lap Knockout: A variant of the Circuit Races. In Lap Knockout events the racer in last place will be eliminated from the race after each lap. These events will always be 3 laps length and will feature up to 4 racers at same time.
o Endurance*: Endurance events have the same rules than the normal Circuit events, but the tracks will be much longer and more complicated, and they’ll have a lot more laps. Also, the gas stations and Reparation Kits won’t work. The objective in these races is to resist as long as possible. The winner is the first racer crossing the finish line or the last man standing. The endurance races can be 5 to 8 laps length and feature up 10 to 20 racers at the same time. Also, the tracks of endurance events will be tougher, with many obstacles like dangerous turns. This game mode is inspired in LeMans.
- Sprint: Sprint events are long distance races from a point A to a pint B without laps. The winner is the first pilot to cross the finish line. In these races, the player needs to maintain the concentration, as there will be no laps where he can recover the time he loses. In these events can participate from 4 to 10 drivers.
o Speedtrap: Very similar to sprint races, in Speedtrap races the player will need to race from a pint A to a point B accumulating speed. On the track there will be several speedcams that will record the speeds reached by the racers when they pass through them. The objective of Speedtrap races is to accumulate the highest total top speed. In these events can participate from 4 to 8 drivers.
o Tollbooth Time Trial: These races are sprint races where the pilot needs to cross through several toolbooths and get to the finish before the time runs out. Every time the player passes through a toolbooth, will add time to the timer. In these events there aren’t rivals: the player faces against the time.
- Drift*: Multi-lap circuit racing where the racers will drift through the track with the goal to accumulate more drift pints that any other racer. While faster you go, longer the drift, highest the angle and closer you are of the walls, more points you’ll earn. Combining drifts of each curve, you’ll increase the point multiplier. Each time you crush with the walls, you lose the drift points you’ve earned. Basically, the drift races work the same as the Need for Speed: Carbon ones, and are inspired on them. In Drift events will always drive 4 racers, but not at the same time, and will have 2 laps length.
o Drift Battle*: A variant of Drift races where the racers will drift at the same time on the course. These events will always be duel races of 3 laps length. In these events there will be two roles that will be chosen at random: Racer 1 and Racer 2. Racer 1 will be chasing the opponent, gaining more drift points while closer he is to the opponent, and earning less points while farther away is from the rival. Racer 2 will be chased by his opponent, earn more drift points while farther away is from his opponent and will gain less points while closer is to the other runner. If Racer 1 crushes Racer 2, he will earn points, but if Racer 2 crushes Racer 1, he will lose points. This game mode is inspired on the Tandem Drift from the game idea “Need for Speed: ProStreet 2” made for LoganC22, which is inspired by the “Canyon Duel” of Need for Speed: Carbon. All the variants of Drift races and the Drag races are the only events without police risk.
- Drag: Races developed on a track of ¼ mile to 1.5 miles length. Drag races require the use of manual gear changes in the just moment to for the player to be successful. In Need for Speed: New Most Wanted, drag races tracks have curves and traffic, so it is maybe the hardest kind of race of the game. Drag races and Drift races are the only events without police risk.
- Blacklist Challenge: The Blacklist Challenges are duel events of at least 2 races where the player faces with some member of the Blacklist.
- Pursuit Knockout~: In these events, players compete in laps of a circuit, with each player in last place being knocked out and returning as cops to hinder the other players. The winner is the player who ends the race in first place.
- Pursuit Tag~: In Pursuit Tag events, one player is a racer and must evade the others, who operate as the cops. If the player is arrested by another, they switch roles. The winner is the player who spends the most time as the racer.
- Money Grabber~: The players have to run around a space and pass through some arcs randomly located over the map. When a player passes through an arc, earns a certain quantity of money. The player can win $100; $200 or $300. The event is realized in a limited amount of time and wins the player that has grabbed more money when the time is over. This game mode is inspired on the Moneygrabber of the beta of the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
Except of the Blacklist Challenges, these races can be played in Single Mode (Career Mode or Quick Race Mode) and Multiplayer Mode.
Milestones:
The milestones are pursuit challenges, objectives than the player can complete. Completing milestones is obligatory to complete the Career Mode and challenge members of the Blacklist. Milestones can have many objectives, like escape from a pursuit before/after some time, smash a particular number of roadblocks, achieve a definite cost to state or bounty, etcetera.
Challenge Series:
In Need for Speed: New Most Wanted we’ll have back the Challenge Series. The Challenge Series will keep the same format that the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted one (Tollbooth Time Trials and Milestones only). However, the Challenge List has been replaced for a whole different new one, and now we’ll unlock more things by completing challenges, like special pieces, unique cars, unique decals and more. There are 92 Challenges on the Challenge Series of Need for Speed: New Most Wanted. To unlock one challenge, the player will need complete one of the previous challenges. If the player puts in the main menu the cheat “GNIKREGRUB” will unlock the secret challenges number 93 and 94. Challenge 93 will be a Tollbooth Time Trial where the player will drive in Brian’s new BMW M5 CS and Challenge 94 will be a Milestone with the BMW M3 GTR E46 of the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted. In the DLC “Black Pack”, there will be also the Challenge 95, where the player will be chased in a Condition 7 pursuit with a 1974 Alpine A110 1600S. Rockport City
Rockport City is an open-world environment and the city where the game sets the player. This city is a re-modernization from the Rockport of the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted, with all the three regions being conserved. The new Rockport City also includes an extension of the city, an 4th region, named Haven Heights (the name is a reference to Fairhaven, the city of the 2012 Need for Speed: Most Wanted). This 4th region is characterized for being a slightly mountainous area, with a terrain a bit more intricate that the other regions of the city. Like in the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted, the player won’t have access to all the regions of Rockport since the beginning of the game, and will need to win Blacklist Members to unlock these areas. In Need for Speed: New Most Wanted, Haven Heights is the 3rd region that the player unlocks, being unlocked after winning Emerald
Vehicles:
In Need for Speed: New Most Wanted there are many cars able to unlock, buy and customize. These vehicles can be unlocked beating the members of the Blacklist or completing other objectives, but some cars won’t be available until you reach a particular Experience Level. Also, some of these cars will be affected by the Progressive Downgrade/Magnification to balance the final performance of all the vehicles and make a consistent challenge. However, there are vehicles that cannot be purchased or customized with performance upgrades and visual pieces.
Main Cars:
In Total, there are 164 main cars in Need for Speed: New Most Wanted, that the player can unlock, purchase and customize with cash. These vehicles need to be unlocked beating members of the Blacklist and incrementing the Experience Level.

Police
The Rockport Police Department (R.P.D) is the main law enforcement agency of Rockport City. The player will need to face with the police many times to progress on career mode. Rockport’s police now haves a really smarter A.I in comparison to the 2005 game. Among this and other slight modifications, the tactics and functioning of the R.P.D. still being the same than the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted. That yes, the police vehicle list has been renovated, having only the 2005 Pontiac GTO back.
Pursuit Conditions:
- Condition 1: The first and the softest condition of all. In this condition, the Cruiser Civil Patrol will be chasin’ you, in some 2011 Ford Crown Victoria. They have good acceleration and handling, but have low top speeds, are really fragile, and with some practice will be easy to lose. In this pursuit condition, the police will be going in groups of a maximum of 5 cops and the reinforces will take 3 minutes to come.
- Condition 2: In Condition 2, the Undercover Civil Patrol will be chasing you. They also drive in 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, but the cars will be completely painted in dark blue and the sirens will be inside the car. Now they aren’t so easy to immobilize and will reach high speeds. They will be chasing you in groups of 10 patrols as maximum and the reinforces will take 3 minutes to come. Since this condition, the police will use roadblocks to try stop you.
- Condition 3: Now the pursuit will be headed by the State Patrol (2005 Pontiac GTO police cars). They will have big accelerations and top speeds, but will have a bad handling. However, will be a bit hard to immobilize. Since this moment, the Rhinos will also appear in pursuit, but only to embed you by the front. The Rhinos will be 2021 Ford Bronco Sport, and will reach top speeds approximated to the 200 KM/H. Now the roadblocks will be more frequent. The police will be chasing you in groups of maximum 15 cops and the reinforces will take 2 minutes and 30 seconds to come.
- Condition 4: The Undercover State Patrol will be in charge of the pursuit. Cops will be driving in the same model than in Condition 3, but will be fully painted in dark blue, the sirens will be inside the car, the police vehicles will be harder to immobilize and also will be faster, reaching the 300 KM/H. The Rhinos will be heavier and faster. The roadblocks now might have nail bands (if the player passes over one of them, their wheels will be deflated and it will be almost impossible to escape the pursuit). This problem may become less serious if the player equips re-inflatable tires. Also, there will appear the Police Helicopter, that will indicate your position. Now they will be chasing you in groups of a maximum of 25 unities and the reinforces will take 2 minutes and 30 seconds to come.
- Condition 5: If the player reaches the 5°th pursuit condition, the Federal Patrol will be chasing him, driving in 2017 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Grand Sport vehicles. These vehicles will be extremely fast and resistant, and will equip supercharger and nitrous. The Rhinos will appear in the pursuit to embed you, but also to chase you. Rhinos will also be faster and more durable. There will appear also roadblocks of Corvettes or Rhinos, some ones with nail bands. The Police Helicopter will also be chasing you, but now will also try to crush with the player. This only will happen on open spaces (like in a road). Cross might appear in pursuit, driving a Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06. His car won’t be so fast like the other police Grand Sport ‘Vettes, cause will only equip supercharger. Now the police will be chasing you in groups of a maximum of 25 cops and the reinforces will take now 1 minutes and 30 seconds to come.
- Condition 6: This pursuit condition will only be available in the end of the game, in the final pursuit of the game, where the player will be driving in Brian’s BMW M5 CS. The Undercover Federal Patrol will head the pursuit, with extremely powerful and durable dark blue Chevrolet Corvette C7 Grand Sport vehicles. The Rhinos will work just as in Condition 5. They will be really fast, because they will be equipped with Nitrous. Cross will also appear in the pursuit in his Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06. The roadblocks will be really frequent and might have nail bands. All the safe zones are blocked, and the only way to elude the pursuit will be jump the bridge. Now the cops will be chasing you in groups of a maximum of 30 unities and the reinforces will only take 45 second to come.
- Condition 7: The last pursuit condition. The player will only play in this pursuit in the Challenge 70 of the Challenge Series, available on the DLC Pack “Black Pack”. In this challenge, the player will be driving in an orange 1974 Alpine A110 1600S. In this pursuit only will appear Rhinos, but they will be heavier and faster than in Condition 6. These Rhinos will be equipped with super-powerful Nitrous and Supercharger. An authentic challenge made for the best players.
Busted:
The busted system is the same that the one of 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The player will be busted if the red busted bar fills. This bar will start filling if the player doesn’t move and there are police units trapping its vehicle.
If the player is busted, he will have the option to choose pay a fine and receive an impound strike to his vehicle or use an “Free Jail” marker, which absolves the player from his penalties. If the player’s vehicle has 3 impound strikes, his car will be seized by the R.P.D., without any chance of having it back. However, the player can use an Impound Strike card to increase the possible Impound Strikes to 6. However, if the player makes this, once the player’s vehicle has 3 impound strikes, it will be definitely seized. If all the vehicles of the player are impounded, the player will need to start again the game since the beginning.
Cooldown:
Cooldown works exactly the same as the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The player will need to fill its green cooldown bar for enter in the cooldown mode. Once the player has entered in this mode, he will need to avoid the police units and fill its blue cooldown bar. This bar will fill faster if the player enters in some Hiding Spot. Hiding spots are marked in the map with blue rings. Besides this, the only other way to escape from a pursuit is entering in a Safe House.
It is worth to say that the player can avoid encounters with the police. If the player obeys the traffic laws, the R.P.D. won’t give him attention, unlike in 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
Pursuit Breakers:
The pursuit breakers, one mechanic that was first seen in the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted, is back in this game. Pursuit Breakers are structures that the player can break to immobilize a huge amount of police at once. The pursuit breakers, just like the hiding spots, are scattered all over the map of the game. The pursuit breakers are represented in the map as red triangles. When a player uses a pursuit breaker, its vehicle will be damaged. However, this damage will be too much slight. Only if the player makes intentionally or… well… if she/he is really dumb, could break his car using a pursuit breaker.
Obviously, pursuit breakers can also be used out of a pursuit. The player can use them in a race for smashing the cars of the other racers, for causing some chaos and provoking a pursuit, or just for fun. That yes, out of a pursuit, the pursuit breakers won’t appear in the map (red triangles won’t appear in the map). Other thing that worth highlighting is that a moving truck carrying wood or vehicles (like the ones of the traffic of Need for Speed: Carbon) also counts as a pursuit breaker, but they won’t appear symbolized never in the map, not even when the player is in a pursuit.
Infractions:
Just like in the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted, in Need for Speed: New Most Wanted the player can commit 8 infractions while being in a pursuit. These are:
- Speeding
- Excessive Speeding
- Reckless Driving
- Hit and Run
- Damage to Property
- Resisting Arrest
- Driving off Roadway
- Ramming a Police Vehicle

Trivia:
- This is my first idea in the Game Ideas Wiki!!!! Also is my first page in Fandom. I speak Spanish and my English is terrible, so, don’t be so bad, please. I needed to use traductor to write this article xD.
- I’ll keep making NFS game ideas (I have other game ideas but I don’t know how to write an article explaining them). I already have prepared 7 more Need for Speed game ideas that will come until 2026. I’d like to announce that 2022, 2024 and 2025 will be the only years in which I’ll only publish one game idea. There are also plans to make other kind of game ideas, but IDK I think they are complicated to do.
- For the customizations in this fanmade, I’ve used the game Need for Speed: Pro Street. The reason because I’ve don’t used NFS Heat Studio or more recent NFS games is cause my laptop (not even PC) is not so much powerful, and the latest NFS game that I have is, exactly, the Pro Street. Besides, I didn’t used mods cause my potato internet. The 2006 Ford GT that is shown in gallery is an idea of how would be the Porsche 917 Living Legend from Pangui. Same thing happens with the 2006 Viper SRT-10, that appears instead of the Rezvani Beast X of Noel.
- Besides of upgrading the suspension and tuning it, we can change the kind of suspension (from AWD to RWD and vice versa, there should be AWD and RWD packages of upgrades, even stock AWD/RWD packages that are free.
- The #20 Blacklist’s racer, Roger, is inspired in the demo of the 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted, where Rog appeared in the Blacklist, in the #16 slot.
- Pangui from the Blacklist is the personification of my big brother. He loves Porsches and loves Baron’s Cayman.
- The reason to use the BMW M5 CS as the hero’s car instead of the 2021 BMW M3 is cause the M5 CS is, till the date, the fastest BMW. Including the vehicle used in this idea, Brian has used 3 series of BMW: M3 (2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted), M4 (Need for Speed: No Limits) and M5 (this idea).
- When the player races by night, haves a 50% of seeing in the sky a Death Star-like satellite in the sky. This satellite is really far off in the distance, and only visible if the player looks carefully. This Easter-Egg is a reference to the game idea Need for Speed: Most Wanted – Empire City made by LoganC22, that, at the same time, appears as a reference to Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit.
- The cheat “GNIKREGRUB” is “BURGERKING” backwards. This is a reference to the original 2005 Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The cheat “BURGERKING” unlocked the Challenge #69.
- There’s a hint of how to introduce the cheats in PS5 and all those platforms where the player can’t write. In the inferior right corner of the beginning screen, there appears written in a slightly transparent font the text “Morse Code”.
- Completing at 100% the game unlocks the 2022 BMW M4 GTD Pro (G82)
- I’ve extracted some elements from the game idea Need for Speed: Pro Street 2 made by LocanC22. The car list is inspired in the one from these games and game ideas:
o Need for Speed 2015
o Need for Speed: Heat
o Need for Speed: Most Wanted – Empire City (LoganC22)
o Need for Speed: ProStreet 2 (LoganC22)
o Need for Speed: War (LoganC22)
o Need for Speed: Outlaw (Sam Imbecile)
- Need for Speed: New Most Wanted will have a sequel (my next game idea) in 2023, called Need for Speed: New Carbon, the remake of the 2006 Need for Speed: Carbon. Wait for it!
- Every single time that I use the word “he” in reference to the player is because I’ve forgotten to write both pronouns (I mean, writing “he/she”).
(the longest trivia of all the times?)
