Need For Speed: Hot Import Nights/Speedbreaker

Speedbreaker is a gameplay feature available in Need for Speed: Hot Import Nights.

Speedbreaker allows the player to enter a temporary state of slow motion. Players are able to directly turn their vehicle at excessive angles and speeds whilst under the effect of Speedbreaker.

In Hot Import Nights, the Speedbreaker can be used during a race to allow players to maneuver their vehicle through tight corners without having to slow down from high speeds. Also during the Speedbreaker slow-mo, the player will hearing the muffled variant of eurobeat music with the same song as selected song. Exiting the Speedbreaker will return the eurobeat music back to normal.
