Mortal Kombat Warriors is a Mortal Kombat-themed Warriors game, published by Tecmo Koei, in partnership with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios, and developed by Omega Force.
Story[]
This game is a follow-up to Shang Tsung's Aftermath ending from Mortal Kombat 11.
After defeating Fire God Liu Kang, Shang Tsung used Kronika's crown and hour glass to recreate his New Era. With the Elder Gods under his grasp, he leads a conquest to conquer all the realms; Earthrealm, Netherrealm, Outworld, and Edenia have already been conquered, with only Chaosrealm and Orderrealm remaining.
The main character is the "Seido Guard" (character determinant of either Glaive or Krystal), a newly appointed member of Seido Guards of Orderrealm, who are currently at war with Chaosrealm. When Shang Tsung unleashes the Elder Gods to conquer both realms, the forces of Orderrealm must not only team up with Chaosrealm, but also travel throughout the other conquered realms, encountering familiar Mortal Kombat characters, some as friends, others as foes; among Shang Tsung's allies is the "Chaotic" (the character NOT chosen as the "Seido Guard").
