Infinite Anarchy, known in Japan as Max Anarchy 2, is the free to play sequel to Anarchy Reigns/Max Anarchy, featuring crossovers from other SEGA and PlatinumGames properties, along with IP's from Capcom, Konami, Koei Tecmo, Grasshopper Manufacture, Dragami Games, Shift Up, Tango Gameworks, Tamsoft, Netflix, Sony, and Rooster Teeth.
Gameplay[]
Similar to the first game, Infinite Anarchy is a combination of a Character Action game and a Fighting game. In online matches, there are up to 16 different players with the last one standing at the very end (either at the end of the time limit or until other health bars are depleted) being the winner. Players get access to combo strings using both light and heavy attacks. You can lock onto enemies to focus on specific people, guard and evade attacks, and activate "Rampage Mode" which changes combos and gives a damage boost.
A new mechanic added to the sequel is for certain characters (such as Bayonetta, Dante, and Kagura) to be able to use ranged weapon attacks freely. Every character also has access to a special ability that can differ from character to character.

The roster of Infinite Anarchy brings back the entire cast from the first Anarchy Reigns and adds various characters from other IP's as part of the story mode, which has to do with interdimensional travel. Certain characters were added post game release as Free DLC,
