Stolen tech units are, as its name suggests, units acquired from 'borrowing' enemy technologies after an infiltration unit infiltrates both the enemy Tier IV tech building and HQ, upon which allows the commander to creat a special unit that is both powerful and built to counter their opponents technonolgy.
