Rinoa Heartilly is the highly-ranked Andoran soldier and the main commando of the White Tundra Command, one of the main sub-factions of the Andoran Republic. Planned to be voiced by none other than Skyler Davenport, using their voice of the character of the same name in Dissidia NT.

Appearance

Rinoa wears a modified black combat sports bra similar to Cammy in Street Fighter 6, which exposes their midriff, a standard Andoran Republic military fatigues, combat boots, cut gloves, knee pads and shoulder pads. On winter maps, they would cover it with a modified combat wintercoat.
