Alisaie Leveilleur is the main commando of Voshkod's Kvant Division. She and her older twin brother, Alphinaud, are the grandchildren of Louisoix Leveilleur and the children of Voshkod-Aquilan War veterans Fourchenault and Ameliance Leveilleur. This commando is planned to be voiced by none other than Bethan Walker, mixing the voice of her character of the same name in FFXIV and personality of Natasha from Red Alert 3 and Morales from Mental Omega.
Tactical analysis[]
- Perfect Shot: Possibly the world's best shot, putting a hole in a man's head with a round from her custom rifle is child's play for Alisaie, and she can easily kill multiple soldiers with a single shot. Even the mightiest of tanks and helicopters is vulnerable to her marksmanship, as her skill is such that it is even possible for her to kill the crew of a vehicle, leaving it open for the taking, or send it crashing down in the case of helicopters.
- Target Designated: Alisaie has a unique target designator, which she can use to call in an elite flight of MiG-37 which are always on standby. Armed with precision bombs, these bombers swoop in to destroy buildings and vehicles marked out by her.
- Not Invulnerable: Skilled as she is, Alisaie is still fallible. Aircraft can attack her with impunity, and large numbers of foes can overwhelm her. Also, despite rumors about there being multiple Alisaies, no one has ever seen more than one Alisaie on the battlefield at any time.
- Thunderball: Once the battle has escalated. Alisaie will switch out her rifle for a modified OSV-96 that fires balls of lighting that fries even the toughest infantry and wipe out the crews inside vehicles. And she can call in specialized Migs that drops "singularity bombs" which pulls nearby enemies towards itself.

Her attire is a combination of the Natasha uniform from Red Alert 3 and Alisaie's outfit from Final Fantasy XIV, with a silver belly chain surrounding her midriff.
History[]
Few know the true character of Alisaie Leveilleur, the Union's legendary sniper and highly well known Elezen, though her name and exploits are known across the world, due to the fact Alisaie, alongside her older twin brother, Alphinaud, are the grandchildren of Louisoix Leveilleur and the children of Fourchenault and Ameliance Leveilleur, both are highly veterans in the Great Voshkod-Aquilan War. A woman of few words, she is a seasoned professional -- and, some would say, a cold-blooded killer. Despite fierce denial by government sources and even incarceration of journalists who question the details of her life and military career as given by official sources, rumours and gossip of Alisaie's "shocking cruelty" supposedly still persist among conscripts who have seen her in battle first hand. One popular rumour is that she killed six Allied prisoners of war with a single shot from her custom rifle.
Fewer still know Alisaie's history, and numerous rumours abound, with some even going so far as to claim that she is not even of Voshkod descent or that she may not even be the "genuine" Alisaie. However, from scraps of information pieced together by Guardian intelligence, it is known that Alisaie was born a shepherd girl in the rural town of Ishgard to Voshkod-Aquilan War veterans Fourchenault and Ameliance Leveilleur, alongside her brother Alphinaud. She was taught to shoot by her father, in order to hunt wolves threatening their livestock. Little is known of her family, although her grandmother has been hinted at as being a Great Voskod-Aquilan War commando.
It is much easier to confirm what happens next. It is known that, while having avoided conscription due to the fact that she spent her youthful years beyond the reach of any official, Alisaie voluntarily joined the Red Army sometime prior to Voshkod-Valyrian War.
Voshkod officers soon took notice of Alisaie's astonishing talents with a rifle. In her first action during the Invasion of Septim, she climbed into the Palace of Culture and Science and shot an unknown number of soldiers, vehicle crews, and helicopter pilots. However, 71 corpses with perfect bullet holes in their heads were recovered afterwards. Alisaie rose up the ranks at a meteoric pace until she was a celebrity in the Voshkod and had gained a reputation as one of the world's deadliest shots. Alisaie is undeniably an expert markswoman, and some have compared her techniques to an elaborate dance.
In order to make the best use of her talents, the Voshkod have accorded her with a custom cyclotronic rifle and an airstrike designator which she can use to call in either bunker busters or a desolator strafing run, though the latter can't be called in all the time. Unique to her alone, Alisaie's airstrike designator allows her to call in a flight of MiG-37 bombers which are always on standby. Even in the noise of battle, it is always possible to for the MiG-37 to tell which target is hers and hit it with unflinching accuracy. Along with her skill in marksmanship, she's also an expert in hand-to-hand combat, especially kickboxing. She was once featured on the game show "Voshkod Gladiators", and easily outpaced and outfought the other contestants, all professionals with years of training.
Of note is her attire, which is rather skimpy, a common thing for some units and most other Elezen women in Voshkod Military. Though thought a result of a propaganda campaign to capture the interest of conscripts, later sightings confirms she even wears her uniform in battle. In truth, her frigid Ishgardian upbringing means she's only used to freezing temperatures. A normal day for an average person is sweltering for her. Her past also explains how she can swim in the cold waters of Mor Dhona without even flinching, something even Spetsnaz operatives cannot easily do. To prevent herself from overheating, she needs minimal covering. Conscripts who hope to be transferred to warmer battles to see her wear even an even skimpier uniform are given hard labour for a day. With a recent change being Voshkod scientists have also created a new type of leather which is "breathable" yet water-proof; not only that, but its colour appears black but behaves like white would, so it reflects the sun and thus the wearer does not sweat in regions with extreme temperatures. Alisaie instantly got a few new sets of clothes and now does not have to change her clothes in warmer regions to her summer uniform. This also prevents Conscripts on duty from the urge of peeping while she changes or her silver belly chain, of which she got when she's at Limsa Lominsa; although a Conscript who was hospitalized after getting caught by her later was asked if that was worth it. "Absolutely!" was his answer.
Thanks to her skills Alisaie is also a candidate to wield the prototype heavy tesla rifle, which is based on a stolen Virus rifle, in turn a modified version of the OSV-96. Which fires a ball of lightning, which explodes like a bomb on impact that instantly frys infantry unfortunate enough to touch it and melt tanks, while her personal flight of Migs can be equipped with singularity bombs instead, which pulls nearby enemies towards itself, often fatal to infantry while vehicles are sucked in and stunned. But due to how easily Alisaie can be killed by her own rifle if it malfunctions she can only equip it after numerous safety checks, while the bombs hard to make process means that she can only call in these bombs, carried by special Migs, should she deem the battlefield situation dangerous enough.
