Compile Heart vs. Marvel (コンパイルハート vs.マーベル, Konpairuhāto vs. Māberu) is a crossover fighting game developed by Capcom in collaboration with Compile Heart. The game features characters from both Marvel franchises and Compile Heart's video game franchises.
The game is produced and directed by Ryota Niitsuma, who had previously worked on Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, and features the same fast-paced, over-the-top fighting mechanics as earlier games in the series, along with new methods of play designed to make the game more accessible to new players.
Gameplay[]
In a manner similar to Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, the game will use a 3-on-3 tag team fighting system; players will build their own squads and use Assists as well. It will have aerial combos, Hyper Combos, and other original gameplay systems.

Music[]
In a similar fashion as with Marvel vs. Capcom 3, the developers have stated that their goal is to get 100 pieces of music in the game, including old favorites, new tracks and remixes. Each character will have their own soundtrack.

- Similar to Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, instead of displaying the names of the winning fighters when the match ends, this game uses the more traditional "You Win" and "You Lose" messages that are used in the Street Fighter series, and for 2-player games, the game says "Player 1 Wins" or "Player 2 Wins," depending on which player won the match.
- In a similar fashion as with Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Marvel characters have dual-voice options that can be toggled per character, while all of the Compile Heart characters are voiced exclusively in Japanese. According to the developers, this was done due to budget concerns.
