Trivia[]
- The Kyoudai Gundan is the seventh of the eleven DLC factions for Artistic Forces.
- This downloadable faction usually adds to a new set of factions called the Shonen Forces.
- The Kyoudai Gundan is a gender-bent version of the all-female Josei Guntai.
- Like the Josei Guntai, which is influenced by the Sisters of Battle (aka the "Sisterhood" or Adepta Sororitas) from Warhammer 40k as an all-female faction, Mahou Shoujo (Magical Girl) genre in popular culture, the Japan Self-Defense Forces, Kanmusu from Kantai Collection, and Japanese youth culture, the Kyoudai Gundan is heavily inspired by Frateris Templar from Warhammer 40k, Japan Self-Defense Forces, Touken Danshi from Touken Ranbu, and even the Japanese youth culture.
- Some commanders of the Kyoudai Gundan have their last names that are named after the deceased Japanese manga artists and celebrities: Hideyuki Ishimori (named after Shotaro Ishinomori), Shotaro Tezuka (named after Osamu Tezuka), Daisuke Ishizuka (named after Unshou Ishizuka), Akihiko Toriyama (named after Akira Toriyama), Kenji Matsumoto (named after Leiji Matsumoto), and Tetsuo Takahashi (named after Tazuki Takahashi).
- The Kyoudai Gundan is one of the few factions in Artistic Forces that keeps its original Japanese name untranslated, the other ones are Josei Guntai, Kemonomimi, Yami Musume, and Kaijin Gundan, with the next one being Zaibatsu Teikoku.
