~ The voice when the Dongwuren Dynasty is selected in the Campaign mode. |
The Dongwuren Dynasty is one of the factions in Artistic Forces.
Name[]
The Chinese name known as Dongwuren (Han: 動物人) literally translates to "animal people" as it fits for a race of anthropomorphic animals as well as other Chinese mythological creatures like a Chinese dragon. After that, the word "dynasty" is added as an inspiration of the Chinese dynasties from Xia to Qing, which was the last Chinese dynasty to exist in history before the Xinhai revolution in 1911 and the start of the Republican China under the Kuomintang rule in their mainland, and Chinese culture.

Trivia[]
- Chinese mythology, popular culture and historical periods, the Celestial Empire from Red Alert 3: Corona, the Pandaren from the Warcraft series, Eastern Civilizations from the Age of Empires series, and China from Command & Conquer: Generals are the influences for the Dongwuren Dynasty.
- Like the PDF, every unit of the Dongwuren Dynasty speak in a Chinese accent.
- As one for the Dynasty's official scripts, every Chinese character is written in Renshu, modelled after Nüshu despite being exclusively used by the women, instead of Han. However, Hanji is based on the Written Chinese and became one of its official scripts.
- The Dongwuren Dynasty is one of the few factions with many characters and units that are voiced by Axl Jet Baños, the creator, executive producer, and director of Artistic Forces, the other ones are the Stick Figuroids, Freaks, and the Hobbritons. This is a prime example of the Descended Creator trope in which a crewmember, executive or even the creator for a medium makes an appearance in a part that would ordinarily be cast as an actor to portray a role of a character or a narrator despite being a staff member.
