Dominant Militias[]
Mutant Horde[]

- Main article: Mutant Horde
Led by the warlord, the insidious Mutant Horde is a genetically mutated and anarchically nomadic paramilitary syndicate in Animatopia as they rely on their anarchically aggressive and brutal survivalist culture. Before merging into this faction, humanity became mutated as a result of radiation, mutation, and other mutative maladies. The membership of this faction consists of scavengers, rogue militias, private military contractors, mercenaries, renegade military offshoots, wasteland nomads, underground revolutionaries, survivalists, anarchists, and other paramilitary groups. While nowhere near as technologically advanced as the other technologically superior factions, they have learned to possibly rely and utilize the power of mutation, attrition warfare, asymmetrical warfare, the noxious chemical warfare, the ferocious hit-and-run tactics, outdated arsenal of military weapons, vehicles, aircraft and vessels, crudely improvised weaponry, unconventional, underhanded and sneaky tactics, high mobility, and other mutated creatures like eagles, dire wolves and scorpions in order to add the strength of their military doctrine, and fight their enemies.
Irregular-Maverick Confederation[]

- Main article: Irregular-Maverick Confederation
Being a technologically disadvantaged faction and restored to thievery, brutality, uprising and deceit, the rebellious and revolutionary Irregular-Maverick Confederation (الاتحاد غير النظامي المنشق/არარეგულარული-მავერიკის კონფედერაცია/Конфедерация Нерегулярных Индивидуалистов/Konfederacja Nieregularnych Indywidualistów/Onreëlmatige-Maverick Konfederasie) has comparatively weak but highly mobile ground units, and limited air power, prompting the usages of improvised, looted and stolen military arsenal, stealth, radiological warfare, black market ties and guerrilla warfare like mining, ambushing, hijacking, building up tunnel networks and underground facilities, hit-and-run tactics, using salvaged vehicles for their own weapons, asymmetrical warfare, unconventional warfare, and all kinds of devious subterfuge, most notably dirty bombs, against their enemies, including the necromancy of the Cult of the Undead, robotic warfare of the Robotoids, superior firepower of the PDF, high-tech tactics of the ADA, magi-tech arsenal of the DoA and defense-oriented technology of the RSSDF.
Kaijin Gundan[]

- Main article: Kaijin Gundan
From the depths of earth and the dimensional transportation of the Isekai Machine, the Kaijin Gundan (怪人軍団) arose to oppose the hegemony of the State of Japan, under the control of the Rising Sun Self-Defense Force, and is bent to make its civilization in order to conquer the world. Militant Insurgents[]

- Main article: Militant Insurgents
Influenced by the ISIS and similar Islamic and jihadist militant groups, the Militant Insurgents (المتمردون المسلحون) are both a terrorist group and the fundamental, Islamic, and jihadist militant organization with Caliphate revivalists seeking for the establishment of their Islamic caliphate. Being technologically disadvantaged, this faction has comparatively weak (though highly mobile) ground vehicles and cheap aircraft, prompting the use of guerrilla tactics such as tunneling, suicide bombing, hijacking, ambushing, and even using salvaged enemies in order to own weapons against them. It also has a larger array of infantry types and vehicles to make up for this disadvantage, and has the widest range of stealth options. The Militant Insurgents also have a very powerful economy, with various resource-gathering techniques such as salvaging wreckage, gaining cash bounties on destroyed enemy units, and building multiple "black market" structures to bring in large amounts of money over time. In addition to that, the Militant Insurgents are unique in that they have no energy requirement for any of their structures or units. The upgrades of the Militant Insurgents make it more powerful when fully equipped, transforming a relatively weak group of units into a more respectable threat. The MI is also unique in that its structures retain two stages of integrity. Stage one is the functional stage where the building acts normally compared to its counterparts. The building reaches stage two when it would have conventionally been destroyed. In the remains of the building there is a "hole". Overtime, the hole will regenerate health and at 100%, the destroyed building will respawn, as in return to stage one. This special ability makes it difficult to permanently damage the MI with many single-shot weapons or units. Their toxic weapons, strong suicide units, and stealth and surprise abilities enable it to hit enemies from unexpected directions, and its powerful economy, combined with cheap, fast units, enables it to flood opponents with sheer numbers. Their primary disadvantage is that, in terms of firepower and durability, its units are outmatched by units of different factions, and it has a limited amount of air and naval power.

Oarcks[]

- Main article: Oarcks
Taking an inspiration of orcs and their mutated variants, the Oarcks (Urukuk) are a race of orc-like, green-skinned humanoids akin to goblins, ogres and orcs, and formed into this faction. In this universe, they are descended from their native country called Oarckor, commonly populated with the Oarck race. However, they are seen by their enemies from different worlds and described themselves as savage, feral, brutish, aggressive, malevolent, ugly, crude and warlike creatures with the characteristics of the orcs and probability of sharing a human sense of morality. As their military doctrine, they rely on brute force, weapons of mass destruction, attrition warfare, hit-and-run tactics, devastating firepower, classical, improvised and utilized weaponry, fundamentally modified military arsenal, tribal warfare, raw savagery and valor in order to combat their enemies with strategic and tactical advantages, such as the technologically advanced tactics of high-tech factions (e.g. ADA, ESU, RSSDF, TDF, Josei Guntai, Anthro, Toon Federation, GIA, Interplanetary League and DoA), mutation of the mutant Horde, psychological warfare of the Totalitarian Empire, guerrilla and irregular warfare of the IMC, religious fanaticism of the FHC, and the necromancy of the Cult of the Undead.

Freaks[]

- Main article: Freaks
Depicted as the weird, puppet-stitched, cartoon-like beings, the Freaks have forgotten their ways that the other cartoony beings honorably hold dear, and resorted to recruiting many who are willing to become thieves, tricksters, renegades, militias, survivalists, scavengers, nomads, and other kinds of deceitful people, including other movements that opposed imperialism under a single banner, and establishing their own faction. This ragtag, nomadic faction seeks to do any dirty work, oppose anything that are unworthy to them, end their enemies' imperialisms, create their free territories, and manipulate the political and cultural events for their free will as their stated goals to achieve. So it is considered a vast, decentralized paramilitary and militia faction, entirely controlled by a network of different leaders within the neighboring countries and mainland around the western continent of Centrica in Animatopia, originally and specifically located in the warlord-led State of Freakland. Their arsenal of military assets consists of renegade source of imported Russian/Soviet, American, Chinese and European weapons and equipment, unconventional weapons, incendiary firepower, biological weapons, weaponized poisons, improvised equipment and other devious subterfuge like most dirty weapons. So with the advantage of these assets and tactics, they are very useful and important to defeat enemies and their tactics in every battle. With the rune magics and technology in their hands, they can cast spells using written runes to manipulate friendly units and their enemies, and the rune technology is very useful to power up their arsenal, such as their Rune Engine, which is magically powered by runes to function the power source properly, and increase their technological level to become advanced. Also, due to their emphases on artillery, subversion and even the hold-the-line strategy, they are heavily good in both offense and defense in order to take down enemies in battle with their combined styles and skills of mining, infiltration, undermining, using artilleries for siege and defensive tactics, and even maintaining the existing positions as a form of setting up their defenses as well as avoiding detections while staying or moving beneath the ground surface, especially in the tunnels.
