Attention: This .hack//Link 2 will follow the knowledges I know from 3rd Season Project, but this is a sequel to .hack//Link, also the story that I made idea for concluding MAMA's organization as well for AIKA's bigger role in this story. Although as much I want to say, this titles story is also follows the END of .hack project, however, for the time being, it is still unknown how they manage to end .hack with their own version, so I created this according to my own perceptions. There will be major changes to this page if the conclusion from those project has been made.

.hack//Link 2 is a direct-sequel to .hack//Link or .hack//Link -Chrono Gear- and .hack//Link -Chrono Gear- RE: ENTER while also as a direct-continuation from .hack//ReCODE: The Dragon Sin and Eight Curses, and .hack//Versus -Integrity Code- continuously follows the story of Tokio Kuryuu available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Microsoft Windows (Steam), and Microsoft Windows (Epic Games Store).

Completely new sequel stories of .hack//Link -Chrono Gear- and it's expansion story mode, .hack//Link -Chrono Gear- RE: ENTER which set up completely new direction and new settings while in the new version of The World: Force Era, however, setting up to explores beyond the cores of the network and web which how Tokio now as a hacker known as 9 unravels the outside legal places and settings in completely different ways to brought a brand-new experience that allows you to see new atmosphere that didn't done in previous titles which can only do as an hackers, it's about how players can experience between The World online game and the other side world of web that stays hidden within networks that connected to the online game.

The sequel would be completely new told stories that players and old fans didn't experienced it before and goes up for the first mature stories following the success of the CHRONO RiSING Trilogies and brought a gray experience within deeper between light and dark atmosphere that something that has a lot different perspectives, sides, opinions, ideals and what comes their goals to believe, dark atmosphere is uses something could bring whole net together in the very thicker places and lot twist could happen as the story progresses, while the stories will brought back the spirit of the original Link and the promise between Tokio and AIKA, but don't forget there's a lot unexpected twist could happen without warning.

.hack//Link 2 will continue follows the story of Tokio Kuryuu as 9 in completely new story between conflicts of MAMA's reign against the hackers, while put at end the crimes and conspiracy that took places hidden beneath shadows at ALTIMIT Corp and CC Corp that put strings toward every incident for a whole years through network crisis, while he searching the location that could lead him to AIKA with help from his old partner and friends, Saika Amagi.

Synopsis[]

Five years ago......

The world has face an unknown phenomenons incident that cost population around the world, transferred themselves into the virtual online game, The World R:X using functional transferred system from P-COM and leads the events as what people knew, and what CC Corp thought as another network crisis, they called it IMMORTAL DUSK events.

Aura, the once we knew as The Goddess Twilight of The WORLD became a nightmares to what people cannot see or witness it, The Queen of Demise that brought ruins and balance between two worlds, triggered her power that caused the origin of the events that we knew until now, and thus people who were transferred into The World with their real bodies trembled by fear and death, without equipments or anything, the only thing they can witness is the death. Those event are pure chaos that brought into this world and errors what they truly saw and thinking if this is really network crisis or something that beyond their comprehensions, no one could ever know the horror they could imagine.

All ends by one girl....

A princess, AIKA, sacrificing herself for her realization of her purpose drawn forward toward Aura and using her powers to stop and restore Aura toward it's former states, and that could put at end to the events, even it cost her life to it. However... In the end, that events was just purely another network crisis by CC Corp, and worst, no one would ever know that she the one who sacrifice herself to save the world, but what it's all it needed either they can witnessed it or not, nothing's could change the perception of the publics of what happened after.

But the boy witnesses, he will never forget what he saw, what she had sacrificed for to save the world, the adventures that become part deep into his heart, move forward like Gear, and time is moving forward like wind and ticking without stop, and they knew she could be alive somewhere in The World, the boy spent five years never forget the promises and the face of her smiles that he would always remembered.

Tokio Kuryuu, 19-20 years old now he was known as 9 the hackers who worked with hackers under Fluegel and his former partner, Saika Amagi battling against the true mastermind behind CC Corp's conspiracy toward network crisis, MAMA who brings desires for another IMMORTAL DUSK. They would trying to expose their crimes that they had committed and what Veronica did committed, but all this chance put something that could lead toward finding her once more, he would never stop until the promise can be fulfilled once more.
